habits are created from our thoughts obviously and what better habit is there to have then sound health. If we aren’t conscious of our physical and mental well being on a daily basis our creative faculties break down! If you don’t already have a fitness plan in place it’s easy to adjust your mindset to take at least thirty minutes a day for a good sweat. It’s all up to the individual on what activity they chose, but one thing for sure is we will thank ourselves in the long run by developing a healthy mind set. The human body and mind are meant to be in action, and when we draw in energy through physical exercise it makes for a healthier YOU! We always feel better when we can be the best we can be in mind, body and soul..but it takes affirmative action on our part to commit to keeping our engines tuned.
Be well friends.

Being creatures of habit we tend to exude GRATITUDE only when the tides are the highest, the up times when it seems like almost nothing can go wrong. I’ve been a gratitude junky for many years now, and find that if I’m not connected to the source of grateful thanksgiving my life turns into chaos! Our physical existence on this planet is to perform all of our talents in full function to the best of our abilities. Idleness is truly deadly. Whenever I have so called dents into my spiritual metal is when in my humble opinion we have to dig deep and be grateful for the feelings we are emitting at the time. It’s our birthright to be abundant, healthy and happy! We have so many choices in life that often it’s easy to get mixed up on the things we desire the most. My suggestion to everyone is when we feel off, and maybe a little bit down is to say thank you to the infinite which lies inside our heart. These emotions will come to pass I promise. There’s a lot we can look at that’s negative, but so much more that’s positive.

Today’s affirmation: Today I want success for not only myself but for everyone else that is doing what makes their heart sing!
Have a great day!
I think the best way to bring greatness into your own life is to watch and learn from other people that have no doubt about their purpose and passion. I don’t suggest complete imitation, but emulation on certain characteristics is a wise thing to do. No matter what we take on traits of the people we associate with the most. (good, and maybe the not so good) It’s important to remember the reasons why we associate with the people we do and what outcome it will have on our future. I believe that all throughout life everyday is a chance to learn and grow. It’s up to us the individual how high or low we want to take our emotions and talents as well. If we search deep into our memory bank we know subconsciously why certain events happened in our life and are able to understand the lessons they taught us. Be grateful for all the days of your life because when we open our eyes to a new day it’s going to be filled with infinite potentialities to share your growth and wisdom with people that need it. You never have to preach because your actions speak all the words that describe much of your character. I’ve been very blessed in my life to rub shoulders with a lot of great people so when I’m off track I really know how to set my map of awareness back to the starting point of humility and get back to basics. In order to keep the high frequency flowing it’s important to stay stable, grounded and know that your being divinely guided. Make today awesome and shoot for the stars.
As I looked at the full moon last night with all it’s timeless beauty, moving slowly as the clouds made way for it to shine brightly in the heavens I felt so much gratitude. I find tremendous joy when we can connect to the elements that nature presents to us in the form of a gentle stream or even a snow storm. As much upheaval that the planet is going through right now, we can all find sanity by looking around us and focusing our awareness on the good. It’s easy yet very difficult to control our thoughts at times. It takes will power and self control to use our conscious mind to protect us from feeling down, despondent and not worthy. The thing is, is if we commit to doing the best we can at whatever we do in life, it will leave no room for self judgement. We are all sensitive creatures of habit, what a blessing.
Today’s affirmation “I know I can bend the circumstances in my life through the power of focused thought, abundance is my birthright and the force of love dominates my being.”
Ryan Phillips.
If we study all the greatest success stories of people past and present we will see that mixed with hard work and purpose comes DREAMING! The imaginative faculty of our minds has infinite potential to reach the cosmic scheme of the universe in the realization of what it is we really want in life. The cool thing is, we can dream while we are awake and asleep. The way we look at the physical reality around us doesn’t have to be what it seems. I remember when I was locked up in a prison cell, all I could do to keep sane was to take my imagination to distant lands of beauty and opportunity. I literally did this on a daily basis for hours in between reading books and writing. And by the grace of the supreme power all that I dreamed of came true, even the things we may call not so good. If you are in a time in your life where things just aren’t flowing the way you wish….I suggest getting into a relaxed state, close your eyes and really feel the power of what your thoughts are capable of. This may take a little time and focus, but I can assure you it’s well worth the effort,
Dare to Dream
