My meeting FRIENDS Lisa Kudrow

In my time in La I definitely had my ups and downs, just like everyone in life. I tell you though La was rithless at times. I really had to set my mind onto a frequency of exactly what I wanted through my most important asset…my imagination! I hold my imagination close to my heart as that is where I’ve been able to create all my ideas that have made people feel great. I love making people feel amazing through my god given talents. On this particular evening I was invited to a party at the Paramount Studios, and had just been talking about the show Friends and how Lisa Kudrow was my favorite. Probably because she played a goofy character with a sense of humor. That’s who I related with the most in that show. I was just talking and thinking of her intensely on the way to the venue and had no clue she would be there…BUT she was, and not only did we meet, we became FRIENDS. Isn’t it funny or should I say a blessing when we can consciously send out vibrational requests to the universe and it responds in accordance to our thoughts? Thoughts are so so powerful, and when we allow the energy from within to draw from the almighty source, that’s when miracles happen. I urge all of you with a dream to stick to the dreams and never give up as it’s only a matter of time that your dreams will come true if you believe.

How I met DRE “Rosy”

When I came to LA from Philly 6 years ago with $80 to my name with no place to live I knew I had to act fast! Action like no other had to take place in my own mind which drove me to be a celebrity stylist. I always have used music as motivation and visualization so if we want to talk about a clear cut vision for manifesting desires, that’s just what I did. I’m going to be sharing some other really cool stories of people I manifested as well in the next little while but on this particular occasion the source of power I used was nothing more than self determination. First off, I want to let everyone know that seeing your dreams before reality sets in is the key to unlocking the dream from within. Always insist on yourself and know that the truth will always for the most part set you free. It may hurt at times, but that’s when we have to dig deep and keep on keeping on. Life is a series of moments and it’s up to us to create and look at these moments as blessings. Ryan and I aren’t trying to be cool by posting pictures of well known faces. We are just showing that we love to be around success and number one…world changers for the better. After meeting with him at Katana on Sunset BLV I was inspired to do more.

Kings Captain and leader Dusty Brown Meeting

I’ve always been fascinated with success! And for me growing up playing sports and winning became an obsession. I went on through the ranks to play professional hockey. Just one step beyond the NHL,  held back due to injuries and other adversities. It was a blow and still is at times when I watch roaring fans cheer on their respective teams. After the LA Kings won the Stanley Cup I was so enthused on their passion for excellence. They always came back fighting to victory despite being the underdog in some of the hard battles against rivals. I marveled at Captain Dustin Brown of the Kings and his fierce determination to keep the troops in a state of persistent momentum no matter what the odds. The Kings won the cup and I knew I wanted to meet Dusty and talk about leadership and victory! I again visualized meeting this competitor at some point in my life, and little did I know it would be very soon. I was invited to the Spirit Awards in LA shortly after the Kings hoisted the Holy Grail  of hockey with no clue that a few of the team members would be attending. The room was filled with all kinds of people ranging from young kids to all star athletes and of course proud parents.

During the intermission I went to a table where cake and soft drinks were being served when I bumped into a solid young man in a suit. When we both said pardon me at the same time I realized it was Captain Brown. Dustin and I must have talked for over an hour about leadership and what it takes to win. I expressed my respect to him as a captain and congrats to a job well done. I knew I would meet him, I just didn’t know when. Funny how “it” works…I expect big things from this awesome hockey player and great human being in the future. Hats of, or should I say Crowns on to the Kings even though the Pens and the Leafs or my boys. Ahhhh manifesting and molding energy, what a blessing!

Meeting Mr. Rev Beckwith

Last year I was at home in Vancouver BC awaiting a flight to LAX early the next morning for a meeting at Agape Spiritual Center. I had yet to attend the venue, but a friend of mine had showcased a film there a few years prior and had contacts with the staff who showed tremendous interest in Return to Happiness. I was told by my friend that we  had a one o’clock meeting with the executives at the center and I was very excited to meet them. I was disappointed to hear that Reverend Micheal Beckwith wouldn’t be attending the meeting because he was attending to a service at his other congregation in Atlanta Georgia. Call it a gut feeling or sixth sense intuition but I felt the next day I would have a chance to meet a very well respected man that has helped guide me on my own personal spiritual path.

My mother thought I was nuts as I laid in bed listening to Youtube recordings of the “REV” with the lights off pretending I was there in the flesh taking in every bit of data I could with the sound vibrations of his voice. Joseph Murphy said in his stupendous book “Power of the Subconscious Mind” (Act as though it were and let the unseen become seen) I did just that for hours as I visualized myself having a deep conversation on the law of attraction and what it means to tune into the spiritual frequencies that create all that is. I didn’t take my focus off this meeting transpiring for a second even as I passed through customs and played music on the short flight to LA. When I landed my ride was over an hour late! My friend said it would be best if we reschedule the meeting for the following day, but I wasn’t having it. I told him nicely “Let’s head to Agape now the REV will welcome us.” He of course thought I was off my rocker but listened to my request.

We got lost on the way there and I had to get out and ask a kind gentleman at a gas station for directions. It was pushing three o’clock now and the center was about to close. He laughed at me and told me I was wasting my time, but I shook it off and remained intensely focused on what I saw in my mind. Sure as day, when we pulled into an almost empty parking lot the REV pulled up right beside us at the exact same time. My friend was blown away, as non physical energy shot through my nervous system. I got out of of the car at the exact same time as the REV and we locked eyes immediately. He said hello in a gentle voice and I responded with ” I knew I would be meeting you today.” He laughed and said, “oh how’s that?” I responded…”through the great universal storehouse of the ether.” It was a joke and we both laughed. After a long talk in the parking lot about purpose and peoples souls being divinely connected, he introduced me to his whole staff quickly as he had a flight that was late that he had to catch to Atlanta. His energy was incredible and he took my film and vowed to watch it on his laptop while in the air. I was grateful and once again convinced that what ever we truly focus on with confident faith expands.

He invited me to his Sunday service where we could get to know each other better, and I could see for myself what he takes great pride in. I knew that would be another great event in my blessed life. The power of creation is a gift from sources of unknown forces and for that I will always believe that there is a purpose for EVERYTHING!

Thank you Infinite Intelligence.

Bill

Clear as day I remember telling my mother at the age of 11 that we are “creators of our reality” on the way to a hockey game in Vancouver Canada. She looked at me like I was half nuts as I tried my best to explain at such an early age the art of “intention.” Heck I didn’t even know what that word meant until many years later. But I knew inside me the innate capacity instilled at birth that we can all create from the formless in any way, shape or form within the boundless capabilities of the human mind and soul.

I had just finished producing my first film a few summers back and was visiting a dear friend of mine in Telluride Colorado named Ray Cody. The town was rippling with intense energy as celebrities rubbed shoulders with film enthusiasts and locals. It just so happened that Bill Murray was in town for two days. I heard the news as I stayed at my good friends bed and breakfast. Not being a huge fan of crowds I avoided the small town of Telluride until the evening for a breath of beautiful mountain air. I heard that everywhere Bill went he was getting swarmed by thousands of people asking for pictures and autographs. I decided in my mind I would meet Bill on another level, personally and alone so I could have a discussion about life. How this was going to happen I didn’t know yet, but I knew it would. The minute I made up the decision I laid down in bed and began to breath deeply releasing all thoughts other than being fully emotionally engaged in a positive conversation with Mr. Murray. It had already happened in my mind, and for the next half hour or so I became so emotionally connected to this event happening as if it were real that there was no way it wouldn’t.

My purpose was to also give him a copy of the movie I produced so he could share it with his family. When the time felt right I walked over to the hotel he was staying at that I heard was nearby Rays. I felt it in my heart that Bill and I would get to know each other on this occasion,  but worse case I could always give the film to the bell man to give to him. As I made my way over to the hotel there wasn’t a person in sight, until I saw a white blacked out Escalade. I knew intuitively that Bill was in the truck while I walked patiently towards the truck where Bill and his wife got out of the vehicle. It didn’t surprise me the slightest as it somehow through the cosmos it  happened almost  just the way I saw it in my mind. “Hey Frank! ” I said. And he responded sarcastically…”That’s one of the names they call me.” He than reached out his hand and introduced himself as Bill and we ended up having a lengthy discussion about family, and the important things about life. He was tired of the fan fair and respected the fact that I only wanted to say a hello and gift him my film.

Now that doesn’t happen everyday, but…because of the power of focused thought it did come to pass. We talked for what seemed like an eternity with nobody around and he was one of the kindest men I met in some time. We went back and fourth with recites of Caddy Shack, one of my favorite movies. I gave him my film and we hugged it out with a cool goodbye. The process is simple, and can be used with things, people and of course circumstances. It was just confident, fearless and expectant of meeting someone that had always made me laugh. Those states of mind are key to achieving success and positive outlooks in life.I look forward to sharing with you another intended manifested encounter tomorrow.

In tune with the sources of which we came

My friends and I have come to the realization that the feeling of grateful thanksgiving brings us closer to the unity of the source of love in which we originated. When we can live in our own thought world of gratitude all of us can achieve higher states of consciousness and receiving the bountiful spiritual riches in life that consist of a great unseen power that is readily available to all. Today a suggestion to all is to give thanks to all that we have and all that we believe can come through manifesting our dreams. May this day bring glory to you.

Every moment counts

The present wherein all is created is a precious life giving creative atmosphere! The infinite in this moment is the guidance we have to choose the thoughts and plans to make things happen. In no other way than the process of thinking towards that which we desire will “things” sprout into fruition.  In today’s advanced society we have the ability to choose what is good for us and others to grow and sustain thought provoking ideas and inspiration that have the ability to effect the world as a whole for generations to come. Make every moment count and count each moment as a blessing.

Are we Truly Happy?

Happiness, like all else, is a state of mind. Consciousness is a virtual reality of experiences and emotions, set into play by many factors, internally and externally, it is what we feel then expose. There is momentary happiness, then degrees of happiness that go to the soul level which determines the direction we take our life in. Each chapter of our lives determines what makes us happy and teaches us about who we are, what we are becoming and what we need to work on to create balance and therefore happiness. You aren’t truly happy throughout life everyday because the day you stop learning about yourself is the day you die. We know that happiness is a state of mind, relative to the people, places and events we experience. Our emotional roller coaster, not to mention the way we look and act reflect who we are. If I didn’t have such harsh adversities that took me on the journey of healing, then I wouldn’t have fully engaged in the accolades of my own happiness.  If you respect yourself, you will respect others. WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS! all the Women and Men in this world do. There will always be the every day annoying things that happen to each and every one of us, but I try to plan around them, by not dragging out the problem by talking about it but by never attracting these experiences that cause me anger. So am I “truly” happy, no but am I happy with all the experiences, ups and downs that have caused guilt, misery and pain which almost lead me to suicidal thoughts? YES, I am happy, I am happy to have feelings so strong that I can have compassion towards others and love unconditionally not only myself as a survivor from sadness but also my family and friends that caused some of my grief but I look at it as they only helped me become stronger to succeed in my definite purpose for the world to see.

Let it Flow

It is almost always easier to just be, or I should say it makes life easier when we can just be but sometimes the boat needs to be rocked! You might end up overboard, hopefully you can swim…thing is we all can, from birth if I’m not mistaken and then we learn a new stroke, a new tool for the toolbox of “Getting into the Here and Now” where we can only find true happiness. It is not happening anywhere else… Get into the here and now and do whatever it takes to find out what brings you there, best for you, with the least bumps in the road. Nothing does it like music and exercise for myself…Krista Gustavson has taught me one of the most invaluable tools for my toolbox… its gotta flow… If life is a struggle right now, get quiet and look inside, maybe you’ll find something there you haven’t seen before…
