Nothing to save it for, get er done..#8

 Think about it for a minute or more if you please. It’s a proven fact that the body and and mind will wither away an atrophy with neglect. One of my favourite slogans ever is from Nike “JUST DO IT” Our minds will make up all the alibis, such as ” later” or “tomorrow”, So why put off tomorrow what you can do today? Remember the subconscious mind works day and night. It’s the seat of action which creates our world , and more importantly it drives the creative imagination. So when we get into the topic of physical goals, it’s very important to see yourself and feel yourself in the body you desire. The finished product! The body and mind can be sculpted and moulded just like art. If we want longevity and more energy, it’s important to get proper rest so we can radiate our natural state of well being. There’s nothing to save it for! Live for the NOW and just enjoy the feeling of being alive…

Hockey Tourney in Vegas #7

 We all have things we just love to do in our life. No matter what our age, if our body and mind allows us, it’s important to keep doing it. My first love was hockey, and after many years of disengaging from the game due to political reasons and some forms of resentment due to injuries and trades I now have made peace with the sport that gave me so much joy and wisdom in my life. I’m blessed to be seeing my parents over the course of the next 3 days, just like the old days when they would attend my games and road trips. It was all fun, and I fully expect this alumni event in Vegas to be full of fun and action packed memories that will be created by playing a good ol fashion game of stick and puck. It heads the list on my 90 day challenge as well, as the cardio involved is intense. (just what I love) There isn’t too many feelings of such a great rush of adrenaline when you are playing at a good speed chasing around a a rubber disk. Sweating and competing for the win. Now it’s all about fun, but the competitive side will always be there. The laughing in the dressing room and the feeling of being on a team is priceless. My suggestion is to find the time to keep doing what you love and embrace it like you are still a kid, that’s where the joy will always be found.

Good at faking authentic Day#6

 if you ask me, my definition of a good person is “someone that is authentic and lives their life in truth.” The thing is, is when you just be yourself which is a heart exposed image of love, it comes effortless. It really is about good “vibes,” You either chose to rev high on the good vibrations or get into an “against the grain” low vibratory energy that repels most people. The most successful people in the world are the people that can project their personal magnetism in such a way that people believe in them, because they believe in others. There’s no faking it until you make it ever. It’s a balance, a fine line to walk in the game of life where we are moulding our life through energetic frequencies. What a great way to feel is when you can just BE YOU and flow into life experience.

One day off, is good for inspiration! Day #5

 After spending the weekend in Palm Springs my workout partner and I experienced a lot during the two days on the road. We knew we had to keep the CHALLENGE alive and well. because we made a commitment tto ourselves. I truly think that because life is a balance in the mind and body, especially with what we fuel it, that it’s important to make the main thing the main thing! The main thing is YOU!!! Once you get on a path of self creating the world of your dreams we tend to feel guilty at times. Petty things start to annoy us briefly (or not) it’s important to stay focussed on the primary focus which is your sacred goal. I don’t speak lightly of these things we call goals because every goal we have in our minds is possible as long as we keep the right focus and persistence. I know that leaving town for a day and a half was exactly what II needed, I speak for Rosy as well, because it’s within watching others that often brings into our awareness, the things we want and the things we don’t. It actually in many cases fuels more intense heat under your desire. I  just know that without that unwavering faith and dedication our actions can seem useless. So along the weekend I learned a lot about the service industry. I learned a lot about people expressing their own unique individuality, and in being so aware to these energies I learned a lot about myself. I saw that there were times I let things bother me which is a trait I’ve tried to rid out of my system completely , but I’ll make a up a small excuse, I am human. So todays a goal setting day. Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week! I intend on going to the gym today, I intend on doing 50 push ups in 50 seconds. I intend to work hard on my mind, body and soul.

The end of day 3 (reflections) Why?

 As the end of day 3 comes to an end , Rosy and I sit and think about how the past 3 days have spawned new desires and unwavering faith in where we see our desires rocketing into the present moment. Even though we have had to push through the pain barriers at certain times, we’ve pushed on and reaped rewards of self satisfactions that the human body, when pushed in a healthy way responds in magnificent ways. 
 Now who is Rosy Muto? Rosy is one of those rare people that when she shows up in your life you better be prepaid for the adventure! Our friendship has blossomed and we decided that we just aren’t at the threshold of where we intend to be (perhaps six months from now) But we know that we are deliberate creators of our own destiny. We could care less about the past. It is this NOWNESS where we stand to create our dreams with not only a smile on our face, but love in our heart. Rosy wants a push, so I got her back! She’s got my back and makes me want to be a better person to give my humble suggestions and philosophies to the world. Her deepest desire is to give back to the world (the #1 celebrity stylist) But Rosy is so much more…She’s a Jersey girl manifesting her dreams on the LA scene for making people look and feel like royalty.
 Today I was honoured to attend a gifting suite with ROSY, and we laughed, had a blast while getting some photos with one of the photographers. The real you always shines the best when you are in the state of bliss and joy. So onwards and upwards and tomorrow Coachella, a concert in Palm Springs. We plan on a early workout hike, a business meeting at 3 , then we’re hitting the road on the never needing expansive adventure . I want to take the time to thank all the people that read this blog. We love people and want the best for humanity.

Day #4 , train, work, play (balance)

 Life is a balance wheel! However we look at the external situations of our life, weather or not things make sense or not, it’s the interior feeling of what we aspire to as far as balancing out our life so the cells of our body are regenerated and optimal for us to enjoy this beautiful life that we create. Sometime we will have obstacles, embrace them! Sometimes we are driven to achieve more than others. But it’s when we put all the work in, see the physical and emotional rewards, that play and relaxation to enjoy the fruits of our labour feel so good. We can bask in the knowing that we didn’t hold anything back and gave to our life awesome moments of working our butt off in attainment of a goal or purpose. 

Rosy and Ryan 30 day challenge. Turns into 90

April 11th, 2013
  It’s funny, but it is good, and the best part is “we are willing!” Willing to go through the pain barriers to achieve our physical and personal goals. Let’s just say we had a “cheat day” yesterday ( which is a complete necessity) because life is a balance between what’s good and bad for the physical and mental body. Once you step into the zone of wanting to take the personal initiative of making health your dominating thoughts mixed with a burning desire to be, do and have, if you aren’t ALL IN, you are only cheating yourself. Although we indulged in some high calories for dinner we still made it our mission to get to the gym before closing for a sweat. Remember, it’s 80 percent diet and the rest blood sweat and tears. We didn’t exactly feel that great upon arrival. But once we got into the groove our workout began to flow. The sweat kicked in and when we left we felt accomplished. We also realized that even though we have been into health for the majority of our lives, that it’s a full time job that requires FOCUS. It’s a life style and daily reprieve that will take anyone who is willing to the promise land of accomplishments. So Rosy and I decided we needed more time than just 30 days to prove to ourselves and the masses that this isn’t some sort of temporary life work that will fall to the wayside. So now begins day 3. 
Hike to start. ( After a light protein shake to wake up the senses, accompanied by vitamins and affirming or goals to ourselves with EMOTION!)

Rosy and Ryan 30 day challenge.

 I’ve been in LA for a little over a month now. In that time I’ve slowly adapted in some sense of the matter with directions and places to eat and shop. But life here can be overwhelming as I allow it to be considering I come from a small city in the Oakangan of Canada. Blessed I am to be able to come here freely and create my daily dreams of adventure which includes my life work and definite purpose. Then meet my friend Rosy, A Jersey girl as real as they come who is a master at her craft, a Celebrity Stylist who exudes positive energy and has a light of gold when caring about others. Rosy and myself crossed each others paths at the prefect time in my life and I couldn’t be prouder to be on a 30 day mind, body and soul mission. This is just the start of taking both our lives to the next level. It is our deepest desire that we inspire the masses at setting high goals and realizing anything as possible. Abundance is our birth right if we our creating through our imagination out the formless which is our dreams and aspirations. Every day we will have a positive affirmation and even if we aren’t together raising our game to be as a guidepost to show you how it’s done, we will always be communicating through separate channels. The transformation process never takes that long if you focus hard and eat right, train with passion, focus and wealth for good, always be of humble service. So sit back and enjoy the ride as we want to bring as many people along the happiness, health and wealth path as possible. Sound Health equals reward.

 The release of natural endorphins into the physical body is a must! training high repetitions and sweating out the toxins is a perfect answer to renewal and reward. I know I always get really keyed up for my workouts. I make them a fixed habit now and because I have I’m always drawing more energy into my system. Sweating is a proven remedy for making your skin feel younger. The positive energy in the gym is what we make of it. Some people get intimidated by gyms and their own body, so either get into some hikes or just zone people out with your iPod. believe me your brain and body will align  and thank you in many ways. It’s nice how we can feel comfortably relaxed after a workout. Working the heart with intention and breaking through pain barriers. The inner release is awesome. Health is wealth! You can’t be at your best without it..

Well Being.

 Whatever time of the day it is, always in the moment we are always in a state of “being ness.” The contrast of our focus is the journey we call LIFE! If we are healthy and are in the right frame of mind we have the capacity achieve sound health, which in my mind is the route to a harmonious life full of energy and vitality. Sickness is something nobody desires. The way to “wellbeing ” is through focusing our thoughts on a positive nature which is called (health consciousness) being in the divine inflow of health consciousness is what draws in more energy for us to create from our focus. How can it not? When you feel optimal you are at your best to give the very best you to society as a whole. Each and every billions of cells that make up your physical body has an intelligence of it’s own. The blessed among us have a universal healing centre that makes up our body. The mind is the tip of the iceberg which plants the seeds of what we need as far as good food, exercise. When we rid the toxins and focus on the well being that is so deserving and blissful we become more creative and receptive to ideas from outside sources. Also we become , on an energetic level (vibrating at a very high frequency) that in turn attracts that which we focus on because we are feeling so good, like beings of similar or the exact same intent. Make well being a habit that is fixed in your vibrational make up. A suggestion, if you don’t already have a daily reprieve of pure goodness, relaxation blended with exercise and meditation. Well,,, your worthy to get into the habit. Your body and soul are so powerful, we are all on cusp of determining our own destiny if we desire it. Be well…
