You know it’s a strange phenomena that the more people I meet from all walks off life, different countries and vocations….how very similar we all are, but how it’s peoples habits and will power that make them or break them! Recently I met a really awesome person who I saw so much potential in. The person told me all the things I “wanted, and needed to hear.” My emotions were on super drive from a recent mission to SE Asia, being exposed to situations of love and sorrow. I’m not too big of man to say I felt on the broken side. Yet so grateful for the experience and the wonderful spirits I met along the journey. I had no clue that I would be affected by someone else who had dealt with childhood issues and a wounded heart from abandonment. I kept telling myself to create that emotional wall around myself so my shell could be harder to the finer emotions that always find a way to penetrate my soul. To think I went years without shedding a tear, and that’s when I was going through the most pain in my life. The point of no return is when we don’t set our boundaries. When we do we have more power and no exactly where we stand with people. Setting boundaries is something I need to work on. I’ve been the poster child for being a “yes” man so many times because I want to please everyone. Then what happens when that person let’s themselves down? Our walls are down, the emotions are hitting hard and pain can come driving in so easy that it takes over from lack of better reason. Whoever “they” say to just be strong and be true to yourself and your core beliefs are very right. But it takes courage to stay locked tight in your own convictions when you see others making mistakes and poor choices. I think back to when I was younger how hard it must have been for people to watch me throw it all away. So I sit and write, I accept as best I can when things aren’t flowing the way I intend. I know I can’t sit idle for too long or my intellect will take over from my heart. We have to do what’s right for ourselves because if we can’t be strong yet understanding we’re of no use to others. Today is a day to be full of gratitude for what we do have and one thing I know I will do… is breath , focus and let go…

WHAT A LIFE
Some days we don’t always have the “jam”. You know..being in the zone that makes the zest for life truly fulfilling and oh so worth it. Today I had a bit of a sleep in before I take off to the city of angels. It’s funny how when my body feels a tad on the tired side my mind reacts by saying “have a green tea!” or “get into a light work out!” In this case it was write a blog on how I’m feeling. I sure love life, the contrast, the people that keep appearing on my path. The people that I meet, like it seems only yesterday, but now it feels like we’ve known each other for ever. Maybe we have, on a soul level. I believe that, that in some cases YES we are the ones intending, but maybe our lives in some sense of the matter have been pre ordained. The important thing in life is to always be in the present moment. Now is all it will ever be, so even in times of distress it’s important to relax and enjoy the experience. Life experience eh? hahaha, makes me laugh at myself at times (a lot) what I do, my habits , my emotions. Be the watcher of your own life making sound decisions and delve yourself into the inflow of life transforming beneath your eyes. This is your movie, no sneak previews it’s the real deal. So keep it real, honest and always be aiming higher with the intention of expressing the best you to your community. Your life is always creating, we’re always being…Have wonderful day my friends.

The best day of your life
A few days ago as I was driving, really moving through life experience, and yes that’s what this life of the here and now is! It’s the present moment, which is always the truth in which you believe to be true. We can either create dreams and events of abundant happiness, or misery and sadness focussing all our thoughts against the grain of our true nature. So I said out loud “THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.!” I decided to say that everyday from now on. Because the present in which we live, the vibrational thought world in which we have our power force is always ready to answer any thought manifested through your feelings, weather they be audible words or a physical thrust of emotions that we transcend to universal intelligence. My life has reflected what I’ve put out into the feeling mode of my existence. It’s always going to be different, we know that. But when your on a path (we all are wether you like it or not) Our lives are always a mirror image of our thoughts. So I’m going to keep broadcasting what what I just professed to you. We have now to gain, lose, respect and live for. Nowness is the optimal creative vantage point to the begging of a switch of a new paradigm. Even in the times of turbulence having a platform of faith with drive you into the source of truth depending on the art of your allowing the powerful focus to expand. Your biggest dreams are always on the brink of manifestation through the very core belief inside your heart.

Gossip is poison for the soul.
It usually begins like this. One person telling another person about something “they” said. Or some sort of jealousy is injected into an individuals ego. The mind and ego can be a real trickster of sorts, especially when one negative thought usually follows another. But then again there’s that innate nature to defend ourselves and stand for the truth! At the end of the day, words and gossip is poison, it serves no purpose for positive growth and expansion. I’m very blessed in my life to have people that live in truth. Going to bed with a clear mind of goodness is what we should all be aiming at. I always practice the habit of changing topics when someone judges another. There’s always two sides to a story, but that’s the point I’m trying to convey, is that life is just a big story. We chose to create love and healthy thoughts , or the reverse gear of “bad mouthing another.” No matter what it’s important to just stay true to yourself and stay steadfast in your own belief systems. Remember we are run on our emotions. If we lose self control we lose self will. I chose everyday in my community to just be present, and emotionally available for good discussion of positive advancement. Feel how you feel when you talk about someone in a negative way, it totally offsets your vibration. That’s why negative people get sick so often. It’s your energy repelling the negative thought stream. Make today one of love and use the gifts our creator gave us to build bridges not burn them.
Turn the Table
The answer is always near.
Indeed never out of reach!
For it seeks you with the same intensity that you seek it!
You were born knowing the truth.
And it has never left your side.
Your exploration of “reality” is but an amusing distraction.
And your dance with destiny is always close at hand!
Turn the table and look at what surrounds!
You are not in it, rather it is within YOU!
Seeking only for you to find the peace you desire!

Just be you..
I put a very special value on anyone that can accept their own unique individuality and just be themselves. In a day when media portrays a message that we have to look, talk and act in certain way. I find that living in the flow of integrity just brings out your own inner magic that shines outward. Nobody is to keene on an imitator. We were all given a unique personality for a reason, so it’s going against your true nature to not be yourself. The people who love an accept people for being themselves are the ones you want to ally yourself with anyways. Bring that inner child to the surface and shine your light on the world as it’s way too much work trying to be what your not.
One little tip for the day…Do “little” things GREAT and see what happens.

SWIMMING IN MUD!!
Swimming in Mud!

Hard work without intention is like swimming in mud!
Applying extra effort in exchange for more reward, does not bring that reward.
Trading time for money is an exercise in futility!
If your passion includes hard work that is wonderful….live your passion!
If what you do, completes you and, you have to work hard at it…. that is beautiful!
But if your work is painful and unfulfilling and you believe that you have to work hard to get what you want.
Then take another look at what you want!
Often we find that what we really want is very close to what we already have!
Consider, if you already had all the money you are now working for, what would you change?
Would you move to a new location?
Would you change the way you dress, travel, look or act?
Would you change your friends or relationships?
If so, go ahead and make those changes now!
Find a way and do it!
Because……….If your dream is working, there is no need for you to be working!
But if you haven’t got a well defined dream then the mud just gets thicker!
