Today was spent getting mentally prepared for what’s to come, after a walk around the city of Saigon and visiting the old war museum which I couldn’t bare to be in for more than ten minutes, the group piled into the support vehicles and drove 3 hours outside the capital to Ben Tre. It was a pleasant trip, relaxing for most taking naps in the vans before we saddle up tomorrow the 10th (Vietnam’s New Year, Year of the Snake) 90km..Everyone is very excited! we got fitted for our bikes and are ready to roll!.
