feel it, be it touch it.

There’s one key ingredient that all successful people have. It’s the unwitting desire to never accept failure. The world doesn’t exist in their vocabulary. I would like to make a suggestion to everyone who has their  new years goals well set into action. Stay focussed and build on your goals daily. There is no end where people can take their lives if they just stay on path. The habit’s we live out in our daily environment determine what our life will look like and how you will feel. When people are searching they become very lost and confused. It’s so important in retrospect to know exactly what one wants. Set the daily intentions then built on each intention with bigger weekly, monthly and yearly goals. I can’t emphasize enough the power that writing has in achieving our goals. Once we’ve decided what we want we can always reaffirm it as much as possible on a daily basis. You will feel more powerful as the days go on, and in no time the goal you set out for will come closer leading into victory. The most important part is so see the event like it’s already happened. Definite!!! it always has to be definite. See it, touch it and be it….And in no time you”ll have “it” It’s the journey that’s the fun part.
Have fun and work at what your great at.

Questions/Answers

Every day we are constantly asking ourselves questions. What if?, When will? Why won’t he or she? ect…You get my point. Sometimes it’s very tough to stay focused on what we have that is so good when “things” keep entering our minds. Our minds are only as busy as we let them be. Life is a journey that needs to be taken one step at a time. If you stop for a moment, and really feel life flowing through you, you can feel the expansion of how the energy never ceases to be. Everyday is chance to expand on what we know and be open to new things. Our questions are usually answered. Sometimes we don’t like the outcomes, but accepting the outcomes and moving on without letting whatever it is effect us in a negative way will surely keep you on the right path vibrationally so you will only attract that which you truly desire. So many of us these days think that once we achieve a state of wealth or attain a certain status that we will be more satisfied and content. Yes it’s nice to have “stuff” and it can make us feel good for a time. But our true connection to feeling good comes through LOVE!  You don’t have to love everyone, but start with yourself and see where that takes you. Be grateful for your health as there’s so many people suffering these days. If there’s something you can do to help another person..do it with an open heart and see how that makes you feel. One moment at a time, one day at a time. Everyone in this world has been giving a beautiful gift, now it’s our responsibility to put the gift to use. Rendering useful service may be the key your looking for as to feeling like you have more of a purpose. I look at people in the world who give back useful service and in most cases they don’t have time to sweat the small stuff. A little goes a long way, and it’s all about FEELING GOOD!

State of innocence

I don’t know about all of you guys, but when I look at children I see for the most part, especially kids under the age of 10 the true innocence of what is pure. That pure nature that leaves so many of us as we get older and domesticated into this world of rules, judgements and opinions. You know the “way we’re supposed to act and dress. Before we have to make it on our own with countless responsibilities. Bills to pay. relationships and even having kids of our own. Lately I’ve been really trying to inject the efforts of a small child into my being. Trying not to hard, but just looking at everything in all it’s beauty. I think we can all be in that state if we desire and have more fun with our lives. Don’t sweat the small stuff so much and just focus on the inside more and when we feel down go into past experiences that made us feel good in our childhood. We can only be as happy as we choose to be. But I think if we approach our daily grind with less resistance to the negatives we can all attain a better state of health and contentment. My two sense for the day.

The Busy Mind Cure.

Sometimes in our busy minds it’s easy to get bombarded with “too much at once” , our brain can get saturated with an overload of data, which in turn is too much to process. The good thing is, if this resonates with you, your human. For my monkey mind to shut up, I can do a few different things to turn of the flow to get centered and grounded. Music for me is an instant cure. That and a some form of physical activity. When I’m fully engaged in the “doing mode” I feel present and happy thoughts begin to flow. I meditate the best I can, but during meditation I can often lose focus as well. That’s why exercise is a form of meditation as well.

Just pick something you love to do and get emotionally involved with it and watch the busy mind begin to clear. When thoughts and events enter our lives it’s easy to become distracted and get frustrated. Just remember whatever it is will soon pass. And the more calm we can be and focus on our breathing the less impact whatever it is will effect you on any emotional scale. Life is one big game, and you never know what the universe will throw at you. Everything in life is temporary and constantly changing. It’s tough at times to accept change, but just remember that the only thing in life that never changes is change itself.

Folks you just got to have faith! Faith in the infinite and all the exciting things the present and future have in store for all of us.

Much Love Ryan.

Do what works for you..

Don’t we all wish everyday was awesome!? I do!!! I intend on it that’s for sure…But we as human beings can get really wrapped up in our heads and bombarded with all kinds of “issues” weather it may pertain to business or relationships and of course finances and health. It’s a full time job ,trying not to try to hard to go with the flow. Trying to have that imaginary force field of judgment and opinions of others. We can meditate, breath deep, hit endless yoga classes, gyms and eat all the right foods all in an attempt to be happy, content and have peace of mind.

We can read book after book about the “now”, the present moment and take all the positive pointers that spiritual leaders from the past and present throw at us to better our lives and be in a state of whatever we call happy. The truth in my mind, and this is obviously just a suggestion and opinion. Is that we truly have all the answers inside our inner being. So many of us practice all the positive suggestions that these leaders are throwing at us in the main stream society. But I really think that if we look deep inside ourselves and stay close to people that love us, we in most cases have all the “answers” inside us. Asking questions to people that have endured adversity is a great way to help find your way in this world. Just knowing that whatever is going on in your life, good or bad is in some shape or form happening for a reason.

I desire that all my friends who are searching find more peace in their own minds as I know we all struggle a lot of the time. Some more than others. One way to get into a better feeling place is to give some love to others. I find that helps me out a lot. A simple phone call to a friend and just let them know how special they are not only will help them feel better, but in turn make you grateful for that person in your life who cares.

The Flow of Life…

Reflection on what is happening in our lives makes us think, and as our journeys often lead us to places of unknown realities not yet experienced it can be very overwhelming at times to stay in the moment. In the past few months I’ve been so blessed to be around so many amazing people. And when I’m fully engaged in the moment of harmonious conversation, laughs and tears in many cases in the not so distant past I have so much appreciation for what life has given me. I’ve found that letting my emotions guide me is a necessity to creating more fulfilling future events. And it’s through the acts of GIVING that gives me so much satisfaction and inner peace. Many of us in the world have been introduced to the fact that like attracts like. And I find so much satisfaction when I can fully be present in tangible results of that proof when I meet like minded people that desire growth and love.

The goodbyes are always the toughest. Because when I meet people on a like minded scale it’s as if I’ve known that person for years. Conversation just flows and even if we’ve come from far away lands and divided by borders and water, the divine universe always has a way of matching up our thought patterns. I’ve spoken about resistant thoughts in being the only disallowing factors in the manifestation process of life experience. So from my vantage point all I’ve had to do is let go of the thoughts which I know will hinder a life which is so worth living. So adventurous if we really want it. When I focus on what I want in life these days, I see myself moving effortlessly through life experiences with confidence and love. Laughter and smiles and time for relaxation in this fast paced world that is ever expanding and changing before our eyes. For all the people that take the time to read my blogs I thank you, and to all the people that I’ve met along the way that have made me laugh and shared their hearts and feelings I’m infinitely grateful and ever so blessed.

Much Love Ryan Phillips.

Inspirational People

We all have people in life that we look to for inspiration and hope. It’s those people that we look at in amazement when we see the incredible accomplishments they’ve achieved in whatever it is they do. Man or woman , we as a human race are evolving at such a rapid rate in technology, science, sports the arts and music. You name it, the human race is constantly advancing forward and defying all odds and realizing the endless capabilities we posses. I don’t have to look to far for inspiration in my world. My father who has been a pillar of strength in the community and wherever he goes shines his positive energy and happiness to all he comes into contact with.
Last year he had heart surgery to repair a leaky valve that was a genetic disorder. Not only did it test the faith of his will, it was a test to my whole family that love him so very much. He was very stressed as anyone in his situation would be, knowing that his chest was being cracked open for open heart surgery. He handled the situation with such grace and dignity and very seldom let his emotions which lied very close to the surface come about in a negative manner. I think I was more worried than him about the unknown. Well for the grace of a power that was looking over his spirit that day, because the surgery went on for two hours longer than it should have. His heart had grown bigger than normal and was working on overtime. The doctor said if they hadn’t gone in when they did a heart attack was inevitable in a short time.
He made it through the surgery and the recovery was long and hard for the first eight months. I saw the man who always exemplified hero status in my mind have to endure a lot of physical and mental pain. With the willingness to never except being down, he persevered and mentally fought back like a warrior. Little by little he regained his strength through a positive mental attitude, healthy diet and exercise. He made it his goal to come back stronger than ever. And now at the age of 65 he’s like a machine again with a new lease on life. He talks often about his “second chance”. He doesn’t waste a second complaining about anything, and his faith has taken on a new belief. The doctors that perform these surgeries at times don’t get the credit they deserve. These amazing doctors are examples of some of the real heroes in this world that give so many people a second chance in life.
I’m proud of my father and his inner drive to not only survive, but take his life to another level and want to be even better. He gives service to other patients with heart problems, works charity events for cancer, and is always there to lend a hand. He doesn’t ever look for a pat on the back or any credit, he does it all for a love for humanity and life which comes straight from his HEART!
THANKS TO ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT INSPIRE- Ryan

COURAGE

Today I read a blog post that my cousin writes on arthritis. It really hit really hit home because her and I have always had a very close relationship and shared practically everything in our lives. I’m very lucky that I come from a very strong and loving family. My cousin has had this condition for sometime now, and over the years I understand she’s been handicapped by a lot of pain at times physically and emotionally. But no matter what, whenever we’ve been at a family gathering or in each others company she’s never been one to complain. Her strength and courage empowers me and after reading her blog today it made me realize that she has hidden a lot of her pain from the people that love her the most.

Keep on keeping on!

You know some days when you feel a little down? Those days that our energy just isn’t quite where we want it to be? Well if your human like me you answered yes. The good thing is, is there’s a couple things we can do to pick are moods up and feel a gradual relief from despair. It’s been proven that the brain reacts best when it’s stimulated with the positive emotions we “feed” it. Some of the major positive emotions are love, sex, faith, courage, desire, hope…I’m sure you can think of more but you get my point. I think it’s only natural to not want to get out of bed some days and face the world with responsibilities and issues that seem so important. I realize that a lot of responsibilities are important especially if your a parent where life can be very overwhelming at times due to stress and a willingness to be the best parent we know how.

Give a smile, get a smile..

It’s amazing what the power of a smile can do to uplift the human spirit. I know in some countries in the world it’s considered a sin to smile at other people when you pass them on the street. Unfortunately that’s life in some places in the world, but hopefully it will change one day. I know when someone smiles at me it makes me feel great, especially if I’m having one of those days where I’m inside my head and not totally present. It actually takes less to smile then it does to frown. I know sometimes we leave our homes in the morning to work with a lot of stress built up from our busy lives, we walk into the office and can’t wait for the day to be over. But for one week try and give a smile to everyone that you make eye contact with. Not just a smile from the mouth, but smile from the eyes and really give it with feeling.
