Ray and his wife are true inspirations for me. I look at how they run their business and family life and it just proves to me and others that hard work and genuine caring for people equals success. To see them work in harmony is a treat to watch and because they care so much about others they are bountifully rewarded with life’s spiritual riches of an abundant life. They run a bed and breakfast which was rated in the top 5 “Forbes Magazine” 2003. And they also run a flourishing property management company that thrives like a well oiled machine.
They have formed the habit force of providing “service” to others with dignity and grace. The secret to success is being continually in the service to helping others and working your tail of at a definite purpose. My life has been made better for seeing these people work hard and enjoy life’s riches.
These people always take time to give love, lend a hand, and smile….all key components of having a life that flows.
Gratefully yours

The law of Gratitude never fails! No matter what the circumstances are in our lives there’s always something to be grateful for. If you watch your thoughts they have a way of attaching themselves to the next thought. When you are constantly talking and thinking of good things, your mind becomes saturated with them and pure goodness flows. That’s when we feel the most inner and outer joy. The domino effect really works, as whatever we give our attention to the most, has a way of manifesting itself into our reality. The more gratitude I practice, the more I find myself in alignment with universal intelligence. When I get away from the state of mind of gratitude my days just don’t flow peacefully. It can seem very trying at times to look at the good in a negative situation, but the more we practice being grateful in those times the easier it is to cope and gently find solace and peace of mind faster. It’s the attitude of gratitude that keeps me calm these days. Thank god because my monkey mind tends to get the best of me a lot, and it’s gratitude that takes me into a better feeling place.
Sometimes in the busyness of my mind I lose focus on what matters in my life. I think so many of us do in these times when we are bombarded with many stories of negativity on tv, the radio and newspaper. But something deep inside my soul always tells my mind to snap out of it and just be grateful for everything that i do have in my life. Living in a state of gratitude puts an individual on the frequency which is in alignment to their true nature. Yesterday I saw these young kids riding their bikes laughing and just loving the present moment. I smiled as I saw these kids and I reflected on my own youth when all I ever thought about was the excitement that each day brought. How endless energy was always drawn from within and shinned outwards. It’s been proven that we are what we are because what we think and the environment we reside in. So very true when you think about it on a deep level. Our whole existence is the result of evolutionary change. We stand on the perfect platform right here and now to create a state of well being for ourselves and the people around us. Being truly aligned with Love and Gratitude always brings us closer to receiving all the bountiful gifts that are awaiting our claim. The business of happiness always depends on what we allow to flow our way. Intending happiness for ourselves and others is such a blessing. My desire for the world is for everyone who has resistant thoughts to come out of those holding patterns and awakening to the higher self which is the real you.
As I write I’m in the home stretch of Making Return to Happiness a tangible reality. Which started off as a dream close to five months ago and took myself and cameraman and editor Khalil Michot “all over the map” is coming into form. I’d like to take this opportunity to give thanks to the many people along this journey that have made it so inspiring. And to Khalil and all you film editors, hats off you people are bad ass and true artists. The journey has been fun, but along any journey along our trails, it’s the people you remember most. From the simplest farmer on a country side road to the many travelers a long the way. The gift of my happiness is watching the film and the positive people that have made my life that much better in just getting to know them as people. Through coordinated effort, anything is possible. Stay tuned friends..
