State of innocence

I don’t know about all of you guys, but when I look at children I see for the most part, especially kids under the age of 10 the true innocence of what is pure. That pure nature that leaves so many of us as we get older and domesticated into this world of rules, judgements and opinions. You know the “way we’re supposed to act and dress. Before we have to make it on our own with countless responsibilities. Bills to pay. relationships and even having kids of our own. Lately I’ve been really trying to inject the efforts of a small child into my being. Trying not to hard, but just looking at everything in all it’s beauty. I think we can all be in that state if we desire and have more fun with our lives. Don’t sweat the small stuff so much and just focus on the inside more and when we feel down go into past experiences that made us feel good in our childhood. We can only be as happy as we choose to be. But I think if we approach our daily grind with less resistance to the negatives we can all attain a better state of health and contentment. My two sense for the day.
