4 Things That will Instantly Improve Your Day

1. Write down what you love and appreciate. I find a great way to get me motivated and on a high positive vibration is to write down a list of everything I love and appreciate in this world. I find theres a lot of power in writing and by the time I’m only a few words into this exercise I’m already smiling. If we look around us in the world we have so many blessings right in front of us. Too many people these days I find are complaining about what they can’t stand in their lives. People are too busy ranting and raving about others that they are wasting their own positive energy that they could use to influence the world in making it an even better place to live. I even write down things that I don’t have and pretend that I already have it. That’s a good way to hit the subconscious part of the mind in tricking it to think that you already have it. And by the law of attraction the universe has a way of giving you what you want and love. This all happens with repetition so enjoy this process and have fun.
2. Eat a healthy, nutrition breakfast. I think it’s no secret that you get out of the body what you put in. So it only makes sense to feed yourself with nutritiously dense foods. Here’s some options I’d recommend:
  • health shake. (1 scoop of whey protein, banana, frozen fruit, coconut water, spoonful of almond butter, scoop of non fat yogurt)
  • oatmeal with berries. Egg white Omelette with mixed with vegetables. 
  • Fibre Cereal with almond or rice milk.
  • Green Tea instead of coffee.
3. Take at least 30 minutes to exercise your body. Whether it be a walk around your neighborhood, a weight pump at your local gym, or a short hike, it’s important to get blood and oxygen to your mind and body. I find this optimizes my day and gives me more energy. When I’m working out, I put on some favourite songs which help me visualize my future. You only have one body… treat it well!
4. Associate yourself with people you consider to be successful and positive. One thing in life that we’ve been blessed with is the power of choice. They say you can tell a lot about yourself by the people you hang around. These are the people who you become most like. The law of attraction states that like energy attracts like energy. With this being said, choose to feel good, and surround yourself with those individuals who desire positive growth and happiness in their lives.
