Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspires, and success achieved.” You don’t build the best mindset, best body, best career of your life by taking the easy road. You don’t become mentally strong by going through the motions in life either. Your character is the single most important part of who you are in my opinion. How you treat people, how you handle adversity, how you carry yourself under pressure. If you want to be the greatest YOU, you have to rise to the occasion. Don’t wait for life to come to you. Seize each moment, stand up for what you believe in, and give yourself everything you have. Remember, if you work your ass off, block out the negativity, and just focus on what’s important, you will reach your goals.
