Feel the vibrations.

 When we live in the constant state of gratitude no matter what is going on in our lives we raise the vibrations into good feelings (most of the time.) I find the key to feeling that state known as well being and joy comes through mindfulness of the present moment choosing good thoughts. It takes practice for many people because our paradigms have been conditioned throughout the years on patterns of thought that are not beneficial to our natural state of pure love energy. If you start to feel the way your body and mind feels when surrounded by positive and negative energy you will catch the full significance of injecting positive affirmations into your mind. Here’s what mine look like for example, and just know there is no right or wrong way and the audible words I write are in no particular order.
