What you think about, your bring about…
I use this simple exercise daily. It’s a simple gratitude list. The trick is to emotionalize your words with feeling onto paper or the computer and see in your mind what your appreciate. Or when you write down something that you desire that your don’t have, imagine as if it’s already yours. Then at night before bed review your list and inject more faith into your vibrational set point with what your grateful for, and for what is coming. Here’s my example …This is truly practising the (law of vibration, attraction)

HEALTH,LOVE,FAMILY,FRIENDS,SHELTER,FOOD,MY BODY, WISDOM, BOOKS, MY EYES,TRAVEL, ART,MUSIC, MY TRUCK, LEARNING, ABUNDANCE, GIVING, RECEIVING, EMOTIONS…
You get the drift. I try not to clutter my mind with too many things, and just know that the dominating thoughts that occupy the mind is what creates your physical experience. I’ve been doing this daily for many years and it works with persistence. I look back on lists from years ago and see that I received many of the blessings that I wrote down at the time when they weren’t in my experience.
