GOOD ATTRACTS GOOD

You know those days when things just aren’t going your way! When you just feel “off” and when that smile is turned into a straight face or even a sad frown, we all have those days. Today I found myself in a bad energy field. My mind wasn’t stimulated on a high frequency or vibration. I had the old monkey brain firing off in all kinds of different directions and felt disconnected and not comfortable in my own skin. I always know those feelings of negative feeling vibrations will pass. But of course like most human beings I find myself restless and trying to force myself into the positive feeling vibration by forcing my thoughts, which in turn takes my entire being and feeling way out of alignment. I found myself panicky and lost for a time. But it’s time like these when I know I just have to feel myself into a good feeling place in my mind.

 Doing something I love always does the trick. So when I was feeling down and out there for that brief time I knew that throwing my i-pod on with some good tunes , getting a good workout in and focusing on all the great things that I do have in my life would make my vibration raise higher and allow me to be in that state where I could bring goodness into my life that would make me feel better. After a good sweat I felt so much better. I relaxed my mind and injected energy into my being. In a matter of an hour I was back on a positive vibration. I went for lunch feeling amazing, and within five minutes I met a man who was on the same channel as me because we started talking, and he gives back to charity in Cambodia. We had a great talk for a few minutes and he offered to take care of my lunch on his tab. So that’s my living proof that like energy attracts like energy. It generally always happens that way. When you feel great, good things happen.So the key is when you aren’t in a great feeling state to do something you love. And think of all the things your grateful for. We all want to feel great most of the time, and the only way we can do this, is by doing what we love and thinking beautiful thoughts of what makes us happy.
