The solution is in you

 Okay so it’s been determined that the average person in today’s society has between 60 and 80 thousand thoughts a day! That’s pretty amazing if you ponder it for a minute and if you have the awareness to go along with the pondering you will realize that thoughts are rippling through the mind constantly! The key then is to constitute the positive thoughts over the negative thoughts so that we find ourselves being more productive and fulfilled with our lives. I had a learning year in 2013, and I picked up some habits that I thought would never come into my experience. One of them was the fear of financial loss and freedom. The more I thought about it, the more fear and anxiety set in. I think most of us can relate, and I’ve mentioned before (what we think about the most, we bring about) it’s universal law. So in order to flip the switches we need to condition our minds with thoughts of what we want, it’s so simple but so many of us stay in a negative mind set and play the self loathing victim role. If we are suffering in any area’s of our life, we need to take action! We need to imbed affirmations of a positive nature as much as possible and stay on your purpose in life, whatever that may be. If you don’t have one yet, keep asking yourself enough and you’ll find the answer. Being creatures of habit we need to attack the mind, body and soul gently but at the same time vigorously because time isn’t going to stop for any of us.
