You Have The Choice On How To Deal With Adversity

This is a very true and powerful saying. Everyone of us in our lifetime has faced a failure, a setback, a heartache that challenges us either physically, emotionally, or both. Our connection to source energy can then be tested and sometimes a struggle to stay positive and focused on the good. First of all guys, this is normal, being creatures of habit and when facing a troubled situation we have a tendency to be hit with negative emotions all at once. The first and most important thing we need to do is fully accept the situation for what it is, no matter how big or small it may seem. Now you are probably thinking how on earth am i supposed to do that! Well, I suggest getting yourself a notebook or journal where you can write down things. Writing has more of an impact on seeing changes faster. At the top of the page write down “I Appreciate” underneath write down all the things that you are grateful for in your life.  This might be a little tough at first but there is always something to be thankful for, it could be anything from a favorite song that makes you happy to amazing friends that are there to support and give love. The purpose of this process is to raise your vibration onto a higher frequency . Another great process is meditation , while in a state of focusing on your breathing you are opening up a connection to source energy, your higher power. You cannot focus on thoughts while focused on your breathing and this automatically allows a higher vibration. One of my favorite tools is writing down your dreams and desires as if you already have them. For example if you want to become a professional dancer,  in your journal you would write something like this “I am so grateful to be able to dance for millions of people to see, tour with Madonna and see all the beautiful places this world has to offer.” Again this may be a little tough at the beginning but in time your dominant thoughts will be based on what you write, eventually manifesting what you desire into the physical. The reason for doing these processes is that eventually with practice and perseverance the negative emotions will be transformed into positive emotions, you will then be manifesting only good and positive into your physical experience.  And remember guys “Every adversity carries with it the seed of an equal  or greater benefit” quoted by Napoleon Hill.
